Home Preparation Requirements
The home must be 100% photo-ready at the confirmed appointment time, with no items moved between rooms during the session. Please share the Home Preparation Checklist with the homeowner and make sure questions are handled ahead of time. House Prep List Here

These rates apply to Monmouth and Ocean Counties only.

Additional coverage is available in Middlesex County, Mercer County, Union County, Staten Island, and Burlington County for an added travel fee.
